Lemur Forest Adventure – Taronga Zoo

This new Lemur enclosure re-uses the existing seal pool area and was designed with the welfare of the animals as a first priority. The project comprises a walk through experience with play equipment, suspension bridge, pond and waterfall, new night dens and landscaping. The structures are a playful series of tall and slender structural systems which include tension elements and safety in design was a major contributor to the design decisions made.
