New six storey aged care facility on Sydney’s North shore comprising self-care apartments, nursing home, basement carpark and a separate dementia care facility.
The structure used a post-tensioned concrete frame with flat slabs. Transfers were avoided over the carpark by allowing the carpark grid to continue through the building.
